According to reports, Ranveer Kapoor has purchased four plots on which he has spent more than Rs 16 crore.

Real Estate Data Analytics
According to data shared by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix in a report published on Business Today, Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has made a real estate investment in Pimpri Village, Pune, purchasing four parcels of land for a total of ₹16.42 crore.

Located in Mulshi taluka of Pimpri Village, Pune, these parcels of land range in area from 8,900 square meters to 43,800 square meters. Regarding the cost and price per parcel, Ranveer Kapoor purchased a 43,800 square meter plot for ₹7.07 crore, with a stamp duty of ₹35.40 lakh.
Premium Project ‘The Saryu’
For some time now, Ranbir Kapoor has been on a continuous land purchase spree. The Bollywood star purchased a plot in Abhinandan Lodha House (HoABL)’s premium project, ‘The Saryu,’ in Ayodhya. The deal was struck for approximately ₹3.31 crore (approximately $3.31 million), with a total area of 2,134 square feet. This HoABL real estate project is being built on 75 acres of land located on the banks of the Saryu River in Ayodhya and is equipped with a host of luxury amenities.

Last month, while purchasing land in Ayodhya, Ranbir Kapoor said in a statement, “I believe Ayodhya has chosen me, and I have answered the call. Ayodhya is deeply rooted in our history and is an important part of our cultural heritage.”
